A Service of Thanksgiving to celebrate Pat’s life will be held at the Lawn Cemetery Chapel, Brunskill Rd, Lake Albert on Wednesday 29th January, 2020 commencing at 1:00pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
