Dear Michael and Cynthia,

I just want to express my deepest gratitude for all of your assistance and support after the passing of my sister Narelle Bussenschutt Bryant recently. I cannot fault the compassion and heartfelt care you both showed without knowing my sister, but the understanding and care shined through. 

I appreciate that you both answered every query with a quick response so that I did not need to feel anxious about the process of organising a funeral at such an emotional time.

You are both to be commended for the work you do. In addition, the service was beautiful and everyone commented on it. Thankyou for accommodating my every request on the day.
