At Coolamon MPS on Wednesday 22nd April 2026, of Spring St. Ganmain, formerly ‘Glenvale’ Ganmain. Dearly loved husband of Valma. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Stephen & Majella, Geoff & Tanya and John & Karen. Loving Grandpa of Georgia, Alexandra, Hamish, Lauren, Megan, Adam, Nicholas, Jeremy and three great-children. Loved brother of Ray, Alice Jones, Reg (all dec’d) Len and Alan. Fond uncle of his nieces and nephews. Aged 87 years.

A Service of Thanksgiving for Barrie will be offered in the Ganmain Uniting Church, Langham St. on Thursday 30th April 2026, commencing at 11:00 am. Following the service the cortege will leave for the Ganmain Lawn Cemetery. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
